Registration and Fees
The conference fees will be:
- Full rate – 480 Euro
- Reduced rate – 400 Euros (early career scientists with a bachelor’s/master’s degree, recent graduates (less than two years since graduation), PhD students)
- Single conference day rate: only offered for Day 1 (workshops), Day 2 and Day 4 – 130 Euros excluding dinner
- Spousal rate /accompanying persons – 350 Euros (limited to one per full-paying registrant)
Registration includes alls indicated meals in the program, all socials, workshop participation and in-conference field trips as selected during registration, and the final dinner (not applicable to the single-day rates).

The conference fee includes conference participation, coffee breaks, all indicated meals in the program (dinner on Sept. 2-5; lunch on Sept. 3-5), all socials included in the program, and the in-conference excursion.
The conference rate estimates are:
- Full conference rate: 480 – 550 Euros (professionals)
- Reduced conference rate: 360 – 400 Euros (students and participants from select countries)
- Single conference day rate: only offered for Conference Day 2 and 4 (130 Euros excluding dinner).
- Spousal rates (as capacity allows) will be offered once we have finalized the catering rates for 2024.
